Masala Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
For Masala Topping:
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp black salt
½ tsp cumin powder (roasted)
½ tsp coriander powder
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped, for garnish)
Lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Peel and Cut Potatoes
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin fries. Soak in cold water for 15-20 minutes.
2 . Dry the Potatoes
Drain the water and pat the potatoes completely dry using a paper napkins.
3 . First Fry (Optional) and Second Fry
Heat oil in a deep oil over medium heat and fry the potatoes in batches until they are soft not brown. After some time increase the heat and fries them again in small batches until golden brown and crispy.
4 . Season

Remove and drain on paper towel. After this while still hot, sprinkle with salt or your favorite seasoning.
